About NPL/ PDP

What: NorCal NPL Player Development Program (PDP) open to selected players (Boys/Girls) born in 1998 or 1999, who are current members of NorCal NPL clubs.

Why: We aim to provide a platform to showcase the top talents in our NPL clubs.

How: Initially, players are recommended by DOC’ and/or scouted, and evaluated by selected PDP scouts.

Player Benefits:  Players get the opportunity to train in a high level environment, as they compete for a place on the Regional team (initially) and ultimately on the PDP State team. Through this process players, receive coaching from State, National and International experienced coaches.  This will include the opportunity to showcase their talent in exhibition games which are attended by college coaches and Professional scouts.
